SWS-80A ultrasonic frequency induction heater's maximum output power is at 80KW, and its frequency range is 15-30KZ. With the inside monitoring system, SWS-80A can indicate the system's working faulty situations like over voltage/low voltage/lack of water/over temperature/over current/lack of phase timely. Thus, just like any other induction heating device in this series, SWS-80A can also realize self-protection if there occurs a sudden peak voltage or current.
SWA-80A, as a high-quality metal heating machine, adopts a modular design. Its inner structure is simple and stable with tinned copper materials. It will be simple for the users to do the installation, spare parts replacement and regular maintenance.
This induction generator with the external remote control system can realize the function of remote control of the start/stop, adjustment of the power output, and controlling of the temperature and heating time. These functions make induction heating equipment more convenient in the usages of different industries. You can find the existence of our SWS-80A in various occasions as the steel rod forging heating, fasteners manufacturing, auto parts surface layer hardening, spring wire annealing machine, and non-ferrous metal melting like copper, aluminium, gold, silver.
