SWP series are JKZ's newly designed and manufactured induction heating power supplies.
The HT version of SWP series equipment uses IGBT as the core component. The equipment frequency covers the range of 30~60KHz. The maximum single machine power up to 500KW. The latest full digital control circuit and touch screen are used.
The operating system of this ultra high frequency induction heating machine a more powerful condition monitoring system with reliable and stable wiring and simple maintenance. The equipment can be equipped with a variety of remote control methods, thereby greatly reducing the difficulty of automatic control. It runs fully automatically under the control of external systems such as PLC.
The induction heating transformer adopts a double ratio design, which can be better compatible with different sizes of workpieces, so that the SWP-HT series equipment is suitable for induction hardening, induction welding and other applications.
