MFS-600A induction heating system is an IGBT type medium frequency induction heating generator. Its maximum output power is 600KW, and its working frequency is at the range of 1-8KHZ. Generally speaking, the actual working frequency of this device will be decided both by the heating coil and capacitors quantity. While the IGBT heat sinks of MFS-600A are composed of pure copper block materials, the inner connection structure of this machine is composed of pure copper panels, strong strength rubber pipes, and stainless steel tubes for water line. Thus, produced by JKZ, a mature induction heating machine manufacturer in China, MFS-600A has reliable quality and a long use life.
The applicable industries of MFS-600A are steel bar forging preheating, leaf springs production, auto parts making, bolts/nuts manufacturing, shafts/gears heat treatment, steel/brass melting, tube hot bending, and drill tubes making.
Furthermore, MFS-600A also adopts a human-machine interface system with manual/automatic control functions. In the manual mode, the operator can set the power output from 0-100%. In the automatic mode, the machine is connected with the 0-10V/4-20mA interface, and the remote control of the machine can be realized through the adjustment of power/heating time/temperature/heating rate. These functions make the induction heating machine more flexible in different industries.
