SWP-LT 6KHz-10KHz Medium Frequency Induction Heating Machine

SWP series is the induction heating power supply newly designed and manufactured by JKZ.

The LT version of the SWP series equipment uses IGBT as the core component. The frequency range of the equipment is 6~10KHz. The maximum power of a single machine is designed to be 800KW. Well designed by engineers of JKZ Electronics, SWP-LT series uses the latest all-digital control circuit and touch screen.

Moreover, the operating system of this ultra high-frequency induction heating machine series also integrates a more powerful condition monitoring system with reliable and stable wiring and simple maintenance. The equipment can be equipped with multiple remote control methods, which reduces the difficulty of automatic control.

It runs fully automatically under the control of external systems such as PLC. The optimized main circuit transformer size is reduced by 10% compared to the previous generation and is suitable for induction forging and induction hardening applications.
