MFS-300A induction heating equipment is an IGBT type medium frequency induction heating furnace. The maximum output power of this machine is 300KW, and its working frequency is at the range of 1-10KHZ. Normally, the actual working frequency is determined by the heating coil and capacitor, which matches with the billets dimensions. While the IGBT heat sink of MFS-300A is made of pure copper, the internal connection structures are made of pure copper panels, high-strength rubber pipes, and stainless steel pipes for water pipelines. And these designs have successfully ensured the reliable quality and long service life of this machine.
Regarding its application, this medium frequency induction furnace is mainly used in industries for forging preheating, springs production, auto parts making, bolts/nuts manufacturing, shafts/gears heat treatment, steel/brass melting, and tube bending.
Moreover, this machine also adopts the HMI, with the functions of both manual/automatic control.
Under the manual mode, the operator can set the power output from 0-100%. And under the automatic model, HMI can realize the remote control of the machine by adjusting power/heating time/temperature/heating rate. These functions make the induction heating machine more flexible in site usage.
