SWS-50A is the 50KW supersonic frequency induction heating equipment. It can work at the maximum power of 50KW and its frequency ranges from 15KHZ to 30KHZ. With a digital design control system, SWS-50A can display the working voltage, current, frequency and indicate the error just as any other induction heating machine produced by JKZ. Its compact design requests small installation space and a flexible working environment. With nearly 30 years of experience in design and production, JKZ's R&D department has designed a circuit that is mature and reliable enough for our SWS-50A. The maintenance is convenient and simple. Even non-professional operator can handle it.
Moreover, similar to other JKZ metal heating machine, SWS-50A can also achieve fast heating and its high power factor feature makes it the most energy-saving heating method among all electric heating system. The induction generator allows the equipment of remote control system according to customers' request for actual usages, such as NO/NC interface, 0-10V/4-20mA power control interface, RS485, and RS232. SWS-50A also allows the machines to automatically work under the external control system such as PLC, and it is suitable for different applications such as billets heating, auto parts heat treatment.
