SWS-200A is a full digital designed induction heating converter. Its maximum power is 200KW, and its frequency ranges from 15KZ to 30KZ. It is often used for steel rod forging heating, fasteners manufacturing, auto parts surface layer hardening, spring wires annealing, normalizing, weld preheating and non-ferrous metal melting like copper, aluminium, gold, and silver.
Similar to other induction heating equipment produced by JKZ, SWS-200A also possesses an inside monitoring system. With the help of hall sensors, it can timely indicate the system working situation like over voltage/low voltage/lack of water/over temperature/over current/lack of phase, thus perfectly protecting the important parts from damages caused by high voltage or high current.
The machine adopts a modular design. Its inner structure is simple and stable. It can be easily installed and replaced with new components. In short, it can perform regular maintenance easily.
This metal heating machine with the external remote control system can also perform the functions of remote control of the start/stop, adjustment of the power output, controlling of the temperature and heating time, and feedbacking of the alarm signal. And these functions allow the heating machine to be universally applied in different heating applications.
