The frequency of the MFS-250A 250KW IGBT type medium frequency induction heating furnace ranges from 1KHZ to 10KHZ. It is designed based on customers' actual billets size range. The single set power maximum of MFS-250A can reach 600KW, and it normally adopts standard voltage 3 phase 380V/50HZ; however, the equipment can be customized according to customers' local special voltage standard.
Regarding the applications of this equipment for medium frequency induction heating, MFS-250A is mainly employed for the billets heating, induction heat treatment, tube heating and melting. For the billets heating, MFS-250A is often used to heat the bars with the diameter ranging from 20mm to 200mm; in terms of heat treatment, MFS-250A is mainly used to harden materials with a depth greater than 5mm; for the tube heating, MFS-250A is normally used for tube hot bending and elbow making, and the diameter of the processed tubes normally ranges from 4 inches to 30 inches; lastly, for the melting, MFS-250A is mainly used for the processes like steel/iron/copper melting, and its running capacity is from 15kg to 500kg.
The HMI with the function of manual/automatic control of the system can display the machine's working parameters voltage/current/frequency/power/temperature and indicate the alarming situations.
Moreover, MFS-250A also has the ability to store 40 groups of part data, and each group allows 20 periods of time/temperature.
Thus, having various functions, MFS-250 can be universally applied on various ocassions.
