SWS-65A is a full digital designed induction heating converter, with a maximum power of 65KW. Its frequency ranges from 15 to 30KZ, and it is often used for steel rod forging heating, fasteners manufacturing, auto parts surface layer hardening, spring wires annealing, non-ferrous metal melting, such as copper, aluminium, gold, and silver.
Similar to other induction heating equipment produced by JKZ, SWS-65A is also equipped with an inside monitoring system, which can timely indicate the system's working situation like over voltage/low voltage/lack of water/over temperature/over current/lack of phase. With the help of the monitoring system, SWS-65A can perfectly protect itself from damages that are caused by sudden high voltage or high current.
The machine adopts a modular design with a simple and stable inner structure. SWS-65A is also very simple for its user to implement the installation, checking and regular maintenance.
SWS-65A's induction generator with the external remote control system can realize the functions of remote control of the start/stop, adjustment of the power output, and controlling of the temperature and heating time. And these functions allow our SWS-65A to be applied universally in different situations.
